My local babies R Us had it for $3.49. They were also running two promotions:
* buy one get one 50% off
* buy two for $6
I got 4 packs for $10.05, paid $10 on a gift card that I received for free just for registering and $0.05 cash. I will submit the Rebate to get a $10 gift card back.
