I did this Publix deal before the end of the sale on Wednesday. I got all the items pictured above for $0.28.
The breakdown:

used 2*$4/4 store coupon and 8*$1.60 M coupons ( Free + overage)
8* Muir Glen soup, $1.89 each
used 2*$4/4 store coupon and 8*$1 M coupons ( Free + overage)
8* College Inn broth, $2.49 BOGO
used 8*$1 M coupons
Total came to $0.28.
